Step #1 – Apply tape onto your fingers.
Step #2 – Now start with your yellow nail polish and do the same with each color. Then go into the center.
Step #3 – Next take your tooth pick and draw. Start from the center, pull out and so on.
Step #4 – Place your nail into the center down to the water, and hold it under.
Step #5 – Clear the water using a cotton buds.
Step #6 – Peel off the tape from your nails.
