What you need:
Neon Nail Polish
Nail vinyls (heart shape) and Sponge
#1 – Start painting your nails with white nail polish as the base coat.
#2 – Then add a quick dry top coat. (Wait for 15 mins to dry)
#3 – Now apply Simply peel latex barrier.
#4 – Go get your heart shape nail vinyls.
#5 – And apply the nail vinyls onto your nails.
#6 – Then start painting the sponge with the neon nail polishes.
#7 – Take the sponge onto your nail, and dab dab dab.
#8 – When you’re done, peel off the nail vinyl,
#9 – followed by the Simply peel latex barrier.
#10 -Then clean up the excess nail polish using a nail polish remover.
#11 – And finish of with a top coat and a matte top coat.
