Get your rice and pour it in a bowl for about half a cup.
(You can choose to either use white rice or brown rice.)
For crushing the rice you would need a blender. If you do not own one, you can always rely on the good ol’ mortar and pestle or a rolling pin.
Now that you have your crushed rice ready, you would need more ingredients.
Lemon, honey and rice paper are the three essential things you need to keep ready here. We all know the important benefits of lemon and honey, so we are certainly not heading to teach you on that.
For the lemon scrub:
Just cut the lemon into 2 and just dip the half of the lemon onto the crushed rice and scrub it into your face or body to brighten up your skin.
For the honey scrub:
Pour a little bit of honey and rice onto the bowl. Then mix it in. And apply it onto your body.
For the rice mask:
Get your rice paper, then cut it into a face shape.
Then take out a bowl and add green tea on it. Now place the mask on the tea water for about 30 seconds.
Then place each onto your face, wait until its dry and peel it off.
